I've been with Dr. Price for over 5 years, and she has delivered my children. Her care, professionalism, and compassion are unmatched. Even though I travel a long distance just to see her, it’s worth every mile because I know I’m in the best hands. She takes the time to listen, makes me feel comfortable, and truly cares about her patients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care!

Due to this as being my first pregnancy I didn't know what to expect. I was scared and nervous about the process because everything is new. However, different personnel came into the room to help me to understand and to see them work as a team to figure out whatever going on with my situation was exceptional. However, I have to return back on Monday 07/08 to get more clarity on how far along I am because i had an irregular cycle in between me becoming pregnant. Now that I am here and INDEPENDENCE SQUARE I know my husband and I are pleased with what was said.. Lookout we're having a Baby! Again, thanks

I wasn’t able to see Dr Price due to scheduling. I made an appt online but had to reschedule for an earlier time. As it got closer to my appt time, I kept getting notifications for my original time. I began to question if my appt was appropriately rescheduled when I called so I came to the office at the time the notifications suggested because I assumed it was human error.
When I arrived to the office they said my appt was 2 hours prior and I informed them that I came to the office the time the notifications said I should come even though I’m aware that I changed my time. It was explained to me that they are aware that when patients sign up online that they will continue to get notifications for that time, even though they call to reschedule.
The biggest concern/ question I had was why this is still an issue? This is a simple human error that can be corrected if a staff member felt it was important enough to fix. I’m also a physician and I have my own practice, this is a problem that the medical providers may not be aware of but the staff is very aware of. They may not feel it important enough to go through the process of fixing. This ultimately affects the MD’s business because I will be looking for another provider and there’s no telling how many other clients left because of the same frustration. I wish I had the chance to meet Dr Price, I recently referred my client to her for OB services after finding her on a Facebook group that we are both a part of . The reality is I’m not going to try to reschedule because of the support staff, not because of Dr Price. I’m sure she’s lovely, but there has to be a better reason why they haven’t tried to resolve a simple issue that can affect the practice overall.

Had my first visit there and it was amazing. Everyone was super welcoming from the front desk to the nurse. And Dr. Price was incredible. Amazing bed side manner, answered all my questions and was just so sweet. She will definitely be my OBGYN going forward.

Dr. Sermons was highly recommended to me after I had a miscarriage and got pregnant again. He reassured me that everything was going to be ok and he always advised me to take care of myself. I was high risk and stressed but he helped me stay calm by explaining everything. His bed side manners are superb. I'm never changing unless I move out of state.

Friendly staff! Dr. Prince is personable, friendly, and efficient with answering any questions or concerns I may have. I moved 40 minutes away but will continue coming here because of their excellent customer service.

Dr. Price is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. Her bedside manner is absolutely amazing. She did my Hysterectomy and I could not have asked for a better doctor. 5/23

Great! I’ve loved Dr. Sermons since he delivered my son in 2005. His bedside manner and great personality make me very comfortable with him and has kept me coming back to him all these years!
